Our Story

When we first met: In Albuquerque New Mexico in 1996 at the Holy Convocation at Metropolitan Temple Church of God in Christ.

How did we meet: Through a mutual friend Cara Butler.

Dating: In 1996- 2000

Married: On March 31st, 2000. Daisha Mackey was born to this union the only child. We have been blessed to raise our cousin Arian Castellanos.

When Life Gets Real: Honeymoon is over we were faced with many trials and tribulation's and with that we separated and ended up in a divorce in 2015. With both of our families praying for us we eventually started to talk about where it all went wrong; we decided to pray and ask God to lead and direct our footsteps.

The Results of Prayer: February 2024 – My Birthday surprise trip to Atlanta Georgia Rodney Proposed to me and said (Will You Marry Me One More Time). I said YES!!
